Jason Redd possesses extensive experience in production supervision and operations management, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Daubert Chemical Company since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jason worked at W. R. Grace & Co. as a Senior Operations Supervisor and Operations Supervisor from January 2019 to January 2023, focusing on regulatory compliance and employee safety in specialty chemicals manufacturing. Jason also has experience leading teams at Hormel Foods as a Production Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing plant processes, achieving production and quality goals, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
