John Peterson started their career in 2004 as a Senior Account Executive at Impact Networking. In 2009, they joined Canon Business Solutions as a Senior Account Executive until 2011. From 2012 to 2014, John worked at Synovia Corporation as a Sales Engineer. In 2014, they began their journey at Datto, initially as a Solutions Engineer, responsible for product knowledge and showcasing Datto's offerings. John then progressed to the role of Senior Solutions Engineer and is currently working as a Principal Solutions Engineer at Datto.

John Peterson attended Northern Illinois University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems.
