Eduardo Debacker is an accomplished Software Architect with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving at LINCROS since March 2023, Eduardo previously held the same title at Ambev Tech from June 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included daily architectural guidance for the team. Prior to that, Eduardo was a Technical Leader at NDD - Desenvolvimento de Software from July 2013 to July 2019, overseeing task distribution and making critical technical decisions while also fostering the professional growth of team members. Eduardo's early career includes roles as a Software Developer involving various technologies such as Web Services and SQL Server, and experience in education and network management. Eduardo holds ongoing education from Universidade do Planalto Catarinense and has technical degrees from CEDUP and Instituto Padre Reus.
