As the founder of Trace Data & Privacy, a boutique specializing in data privacy and security, Sorcha has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership since January 2018. Previous roles include Executive Coach at Squadra, Mentor and Coach at Barclays Eagle Lab, and Non-Executive Director at Infix Support, where Sorcha contributed to innovative technology solutions in healthcare. Sorcha also held significant positions at Standard Life, including Group Head of Digital, along with various roles in digital marketing and client services at companies such as The Union, Realise, and LEWIS Creative Consultants.
