Freddie Simshauser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning, talent development, and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Talent Development at Datavant since November 2021 and as Creative Director at Rebel Minds since April 2018, Freddie has previously held leadership roles at GE, including Global OneHr Product & Learning Leader and Global Learning & Innovation Leader. At VyStar Credit Union, Freddie focused on cultural strategy and employee engagement initiatives, resulting in increased communication and productivity. Notable achievements include spearheading global cultural audits, developing comprehensive learning strategies, and launching leadership programs involving high-profile external experts. Freddie holds a Bachelor's degree from Coe College, obtained in 2004.
