Asror Arabjanov has a diverse work experience, showcasing their expertise in various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Legal Counsel at Qora Oltin JSC, where they oversaw import contracts, contracts with oil refineries, and wholesale contracts for diesel fuel. During this time, they also organized a department of contract management. In 2015, Asror became the Chief Executive Officer at Chortoq Mineral Water, leading the entire process from the idea stage to the launch of a production facility.

Asror'snext position was as the Group Legal Counsel at Khantex Group from 2017 to 2018, where they provided legal counsel to the group. Following this, they served as a Legal Counsel at SFI Management Group from 2018 to 2021.

In 2020, Asror joined UzKimyoFarm JSC as a Board Member. In this role, they contributed to the determination of company goals, organization of general meetings of shareholders, and decision-making processes. Asror also approved the company's annual business plan and oversaw the decision to conduct an audit.

Continuing their legal career, Asror worked as an Associate at White & Case LLP in 2021, gaining experience in legal practices. From 2022 to the present, they have been actively involved in the startup and technology sector. As a Trainee Associate at Cytowski & Partners in 2022, they focused on venture capital financing, technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property matters. As a Co-Founder and COO at datatruck, they played a key role in the company's operations. Currently, Asror is the Founder and CEO of Novalinq Inc.

Additionally, Asror gained legal experience as a Legal Venture Intern at Draper Associates in 2023, further expanding their knowledge in the legal field.

Asror Arabjanov began their education journey in 2010 at the University of Westminster. Asror pursued a Foundation degree from 2010 to 2011, followed by a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Commercial Law from 2010 to 2014. After completing their undergraduate studies, Asror Arabjanov enrolled at Stanford Law School in 2021. Asror is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a focus on Corporate Governance and Practice.
