Rasika Wadegaonkar has a diverse work experience in various roles. They started their career at Royal Holloway Students' Union as a Copy Editor for the journal "The Scientist's Scribe," focusing on technology in the field of Biology. Afterwards, Rasika interned at Gartner, a renowned research and consultancy business, where they gained experience in high-paced consultancy, data analysis, and customer service techniques. Currently, Rasika is working at Datatonic as a Business Intelligence Analyst, having previously held the role of Associate Business Intelligence Analyst.

Rasika Wadegaonkar completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Masters degree in Data Science and Analytics with an year in Industry at Royal Holloway, University of London.
