Dr. James Fullerton is an experienced professional in the water engineering sector, currently serving as the Director of Water Systems at Datatecnics since April 2024, where responsibilities include developing prediction models and visualization tools for water networks. Prior to this, Dr. Fullerton held various senior management positions at South West Water from October 2018 to March 2024, including Head of Programme Development, overseeing significant capital investments, and Head of Delivery for the Engineering Programme Management Office. Dr. Fullerton's extensive career also includes roles at WSP in the UK, where contributions spanned across water engineering consultancy and project management. Dr. Fullerton's academic foundation comprises a Ph.D. in Computational Engineering and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Exeter.
