Lelia Colley, MBA, currently serves as the DEIB Community Lead at DataRobot, where established initiatives include leading the Black Employees & Allies Employee Resource Group and organizing DEIB workshops and training sessions. Prior to this role, Lelia held various positions at PNC, including AVP, Learning Experience Curator, where responsibilities encompassed strategizing learning resources for PNC University, and AVP, Learning Facilitator, overseeing training and development across multiple states. Lelia's experience also includes managing branch operations as an AVP, Branch Manager, and coaching new Learning Facilitators. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management from LSU Shreveport, a BS in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a BS in Finance from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
