Rachel Blocher has held a variety of positions in the marketing and design fields since 2008. Rachel began their career as a Resident Advisor at Northern Michigan University in 2008. Rachel then became a Student Webmaster at the same university in 2008. In 2009, they were a Print Design Intern at the American Institute for Preventive Medicine and also a Freelance Graphic/Web Designer at Rachel Hoppe Design. From 2010 to present, they have been a Marketing Project Leader and Graphic/Web Designer at Datanational Corporation, where they are responsible for planning and executing marketing projects, maintaining a social media presence, and designing and developing websites.

Rachel Blocher obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northern Michigan University between 2006 and 2010, with a field of study in Art and Design and Graphic Communication.
