Bala Gopalakrishnan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and digital transformation, currently serving as President at Datamatics since July 2023, where the focus is on enhancing enterprise productivity and customer experience through digital solutions. Prior to Datamatics, Bala held the position of Chief Delivery Officer at WinWire Technologies Inc. from December 2021 to July 2023, overseeing delivery and operations in support of digital transformation initiatives. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Delivery Officer at Nous Infosystems (January 2017 - December 2021), Bala managed global delivery, operations, and strategic service offerings. Bala's career at Cognizant spanned from April 2006 to January 2017, culminating in roles including AVP and Managing Client Partner, where responsibilities included business development, delivery, and operations management. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Architect at STA Group and Project Leader at ThoughtWorks. Bala holds a BTech in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and completed secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya Picket, Secunderabad.
