Léo Cavaillé is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and security. Currently serving as Senior Director of SRE & Security at Datadog since 2014, Léo has played a pivotal role in launching the company's first European site and enhancing tooling for multi-cloud environments. Early achievements include developing chaos engineering practices, contributing to the design of the Application Performance Monitoring product, and leading various engineering initiatives within the company.
