Kento Kimura is an experienced Sales Engineer currently working at Datadog since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading and supporting technical sales cycles for mid-market and commercial opportunities, as well as demonstrating product capabilities to aid customers in implementing observability. Kento received the APJ Top Dog Award in Q1 of 2024. Prior to Datadog, Kento worked at Fujitsu Ltd. from April 2020 to September 2022, initially in IT Architecture within the Cloud Center of Excellence, providing solutions for cloud migration and public cloud selection, and later as a Datacenter Service Manager responsible for the maintenance and operation of data center hosting systems. Kento holds a degree in Business and Commerce with a focus on Econometrics from Keio University, attended from April 2016 to March 2020.
