JM Lazaro has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as Manager 1 for Technical Escalations Engineering at Datadog since September 2017, where management of a team of escalation engineers specializing in various product areas is a key responsibility, along with personal expertise in Container Integrations. Prior to this role, JM Lazaro worked at Accenture from August 2008 to December 2016, progressing from an Application Engineer to Onshore Application Team Lead and Integrations Platform SME, leading multiple teams based in the Philippines while based in Sydney. JM Lazaro holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, earned between 2002 and 2007.
