Candice Harte, BS, currently serves as the Senior Benefits Manager for the Americas at Datadog since October 2023. Previously, Candice held the position of Senior Manager of Benefits for North America at Synechron from July 2023 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Global Benefits Manager at Navan from July 2021 to June 2023, and in various roles at Spotify from May 2016 to July 2021, including Senior Benefits Specialist and Global Benefits Specialist. Candice also worked as Benefits Manager and Benefits Coordinator at ghg | greyhealth group from September 2013 to May 2016, and as HR Assistant at Reproductive Medicine Associates (RMA Network) from January 2011 to September 2013. Additionally, Candice was a Mentor/Behavior Assistant at Future Project from May 2011 to June 2013. Candice earned a BA in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University - Newark between 2007 and 2012.
