Peter Nelson has over two decades of experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in technology and education. Currently serving as Managing Director of SaaS Products at Datacom since 2014, Peter has significantly contributed to the development of innovative SaaS solutions for Local Government organizations in ANZ. Previous positions within Datacom included roles such as Director of Local Government and SaaS Engineering, Head of SaaS Product Engineering, and Associate Director, focusing on product management, engineering, and business growth. Peter also managed Edtech Ltd since 1999, transforming it into a leading ICT and Learning Management System provider for schools in New Zealand. Earlier career experiences include roles at TTS and McDonald's Corporation, where Peter honed management and operational skills. Peter holds a BCom in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Otago and completed education at Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
