Minu Mathew is an experienced operations team lead at Datacom since August 2010, overseeing a team of 10 network operations engineers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Previous roles at Datacom include senior network engineer, responsible for third-level fault escalations and complex change implementations, as well as network engineer, focused on maintaining networks and troubleshooting outages. Minu also served as an onsite engineer at Leigh Consulting and performed web development tasks at Alarm Force. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Network Applications & Principles from Auckland University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma in IT from Auckland Institute of Studies, and a BTECH in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University.
