Gary Miller has extensive experience in service delivery and project management, currently serving as Service Delivery & Project Manager at Datacentrix since May 2013. In this role, Gary manages key customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Previous positions include Project Manager for Cisco Business Unit and Senior Service Delivery Manager for the Transnet Group, where Gary achieved a 90% SLA on a national basis and oversaw multiple operational divisions. Earlier in career at Datacentrix and Axiz, Gary established a reputation for maintaining high SLA standards and managing client relationships effectively. Gary holds a degree in Sports Marketing and Building Science from Tshwane University of Technology.
