Yida Lee is a Senior Contracts Negotiator at Databricks, a company specializing in data and AI solutions, since May 2023. Prior to this role, Yida served as a Senior Contract and Negotiation Specialist in the IBM Singapore Legal Department from November 2002 to June 2023. Yida's career began as an IT Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where management consulting was the focus from November 1995 to October 2002. Yida holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from UNSW, completed between 1995 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Macquarie University, earned from 1990 to 1992.
