Katie Rust currently serves as a Senior People Partner at Databricks since December 2022. Prior to this role, Katie was the Lead People Consultant at Salesforce from July 2021 to December 2022, where collaboration with Employee Success teams supported over 30,000 employees in various HR areas. Between July 2017 and June 2021, Katie worked at Acumen Solutions, a Salesforce Company, as an HR Business Partner and previously as an HR Associate, providing strategic partnerships, performance management, and employee relations support. Earlier experiences include roles at DC Greens, FTI Consulting, and the University of Virginia, in various capacities that ranged from recruiting to administrative support, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies and Anthropology from the University of Virginia in 2013.
