Jody Soeiro de Faria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, certification, and user enablement within the technology sector. Currently serving as Area Vice President of Training & Certification at Databricks since June 2019, Jody focuses on content strategy, curriculum development, and cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles include Sr. Director of User Enablement & Certification at Redapse and Co-Founder at Amazon Web Services, where responsibilities included leading curriculum teams, driving new business models, and enhancing audience learning experiences. With a strong foundation in technical education management gained through various leadership positions at Dell EMC and additional experience as a Professional Services Consultant at Pegasystems and a Mitigation Specialist for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Jody holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
