Farhad Pagdiwalla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and technology strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director for Product Operations and NPI at Databricks since April 2022, Farhad previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Google from September 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading a global team focused on Google Assistant strategy, go-to-market execution, and technical program management. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where Farhad advised global organizations on go-to-market strategies and technology transformations, as well as roles in business development at Cognizant Technology Solutions and as a software engineer at Patni Computer Systems. Farhad holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
