Auddrena Mauga, CEP, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Legal Operations at Databricks, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Auddrena held roles at Google as Manager of Business Operations and Strategic Programs from March 2020 to November 2022, and at Looker as Director of Strategic Programs and Director of Legal Operations from March 2019 to March 2020. Auddrena's extensive experience also includes positions at Imperva as Head of Equity, Pure Storage as Head of Stock Administration, and SugarCRM as Sr. Corporate Paralegal. Earlier in the career, Auddrena worked at Chegg Inc., Hewlett-Packard, and Borland Software Corporation in various legal and equity operations roles. Auddrena earned an MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a BA in Sociology/Criminology from the University of the Pacific.
