Diana Radjabaeva has extensive experience in customer support and sales within the luxury retail sector. Currently serving as Senior Customer Support Manager at Databox since July 2019, Diana has progressively advanced through various roles including Customer Support Manager and Customer Success Specialist. Prior to Databox, Diana held leadership positions at Jimmy Choo, Gulf Trading LLC as a Team Leader and previously as a Senior Sales Associate, enhancing customer engagement and sales performance.
