Jocelyn Pade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical support. Jocelyn's career also includes a tenure as Senior Technical Support Manager at 3PL Central, overseeing team operations and customer success. With foundational roles in API support and product implementation, as well as various management positions across industries, Jocelyn demonstrates a strong ability to lead teams, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer engagement.
