Melissa Guzman serves as an Implementation Manager at Database Works Inc since August 2016, overseeing comprehensive project management, software customization, and client training. With previous experience as a Software & Training Manager at MGM Resorts International, Melissa trained 450 employees across five properties and collaborated closely with software programmers for system upgrades. Earlier roles include Software SuperUser and Lighting Lead at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, and various positions in lighting and audio at Boyd Gaming and ProStage West. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Emerson College.
