Thomas Cannady is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in network operations and engineering. As the current Vice President of Network Operations at DataBank since May 2023, Thomas previously held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Network Services at Cyxtera Technologies and Director of Network Engineering at Verizon Enterprise Services. With a career spanning over two decades, Thomas has also served in significant positions at Verizon Terremark, Terremark, and Alcatel Lucent Technologies, among others. Thomas began a career in technology while serving in the United States Air Force as a Tech Control and Cryptographic Engineering Specialist. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Strayer University.
