Tetiana Karmadonova, PhD, is a seasoned professional in human resources and research with extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, and team development. Currently serving as Lead Recruiting Manager at DataArt since May 2014, Tetiana has played a pivotal role in expanding office locations across various countries and managing the complete recruitment process. Concurrently, Tetiana holds a position as Senior Scientific Researcher at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, contributing over 20 scientific articles and spearheading research projects. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Столичная Ювелирная Фабрика, HR Manager at Global Spirits, and HRM/Recruiter at the Board of European Students of Technology, showcasing a robust background in HR strategy and project coordination.
