Siham Elbouamali is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and data center operations. Currently serving as Senior Head of Customer Success and Data Center Operations Director at Data4 Group since December 2016, Siham has also held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Data4 Group, Siham contributed to Equinix as a Senior Customer Service Manager from February 2013 to November 2016 and managed data center properties at Digital Realty as a Data Center Property Manager from August 2009 to January 2013. Earlier in the career, Siham worked as a Senior Property Accountant at Goodman and Savills, showcasing a solid foundation in property management and accounting.
