Claire Vandromme currently serves as CFO at Data4 Group since February 2022 and has been the Directeur Général Adjoint Finance for Apsys since November 2011, managing a multidisciplinary team of 15. Key responsibilities include financing, treasury management, financial control, and overseeing accounting, taxation, and corporate governance for 40 companies across three countries. Major achievements include participating in the acquisition and financing of the Beaugrenelle shopping center and securing €2 billion in financing. Claire Vandromme has also held positions at Inovalis Fund Management as Directeur financier and ING as Directeur administratif et financier, specializing in reporting, compliance, and investment fund management.
