Matthew Choinski has extensive experience in software development and project leadership, currently serving as Project Lead and .NET Developer at DSA since February 2014. At DSA, Matthew leads the Manpower Information and Retrieval System (MIRARS), which is utilized by nine major US Army organizations to support approximately 12,000 personnel daily. Prior to DSA, Matthew held various roles at CSC, CACI, and FEI.com, with responsibilities ranging from technical leadership in web application migrations to managing contracts and leading development teams. Matthew possesses a Master's in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Towson University.
