Cory Fradenburgh is an experienced Technical Services Specialist at Data Sales Co. since January 2010, with expertise in auditing, testing, and reconfiguring IBM tape libraries and Printronix printers, as well as providing field install and deinstallation services. Previously, Cory served as Vice President of Operations at Galaxy Computer, Inc. from November 2007 to May 2009, where responsibilities included managing Field Engineers and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service level agreements. Cory’s career at Data Sales Co. began in 1987 in Sales & Marketing, focusing on the wholesale buy/sell of IBM printers and mainframe systems. Cory holds a Certificate in Computer Technology from Control Data Institute, completed in 1984.
