Rajkumar Dhayalan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Rajkumar began their career in 2012 at Innovent Engg soln pvt ltd, where they worked as an Engineer - Structural until December 2015. In 2016, they joined GENPACT as a Stress Engineer and stayed with the company until January 2018. Rajkumar then joined Data Patterns (India) Limited in January 2018 as a Senior Engineer and later progressed to the role of Tech Lead in November 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Tech Lead at Data Patterns (India) Limited, which they assumed in November 2021.

Rajkumar Dhayalan completed their Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Hindustan Institute of Engineering Technology, Chennai, between the years 2003 and 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from KCG College of Technology, between 2007 and 2010.
