Guy Warren possesses extensive executive experience in technology and financial services. Currently serving as Chairman at Data Intellect since April 2021, Warren previously held the position of CEO at ITRS from July 2014 to October 2024, focusing on enterprise-level performance monitoring tools. Prior to that, Warren was the Group COO at FNZ, overseeing technology operations for the Open WRAP platform and briefly acting as CEO of the UK business. Additionally, Warren served as Chief Operating Officer at FTSE, EVP & GM for Banking at Misys, CEO of LogicaCMG's UK business, and held various leadership roles at Unisys, SBC Warburg, and Linklaters. Warren's educational background includes a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
