Craig Hudson has over 35 years of experience in the technology field, currently serving as a Field Engineer at Data Business Systems since March 1998. Responsibilities include project management, network troubleshooting, and repairing Windows workstations and peripherals, along with providing help desk support through remote access. Prior to this role, Craig was a Field Engineer at Century Data Systems, where duty involved onsite service calls, culminating in a promotion to assistant service manager overseeing a team of five technicians. Craig holds an Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from DeVry University, obtained between 1983 and 1986.
