Marc Jany serves as Vice President Global Head of Business Ethics and Compliance and Vice President & Group General Counsel at Dassault Systèmes since January 2016, overseeing worldwide legal matters across multiple domains including corporate law, contracts, and intellectual property. Prior to this, Marc Jany held various legal leadership roles at GE, ALSTOM Thermal Services, Onslow Group, AREVA NP, and ALCATEL, where responsibilities encompassed all legal matters and contract management. Education includes a Master's in Political Science from UCLA, a Master's in Business Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a JD equivalent from Université Paris Nanterre.
