Ishwar Gade is a graduate engineer trainee at Neilsoft since June 2023, with expertise in manufacturing design and proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Autodesk Inventor. Previous experience includes an apprenticeship at the Space Applications Centre, ISRO, and serving as a student ambassador at SGGSIET-AICTE IDEA Laboratory. Notably, Ishwar was the team leader for Team NavNirmal, which won the 2022 Smart India Hackathon for developing a robot for solar panel and skyscraper cleaning. Additional roles include internships in various organizations focused on mechanical engineering, app development, and robotics. Ishwar holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Puranmal Lahoti Government Polytechnic Latur.
