Byron Konold is an experienced events management professional with a strong background in the scientific software industry. Currently serving as the NAM Events Director at Dassault Systèmes since March 2018, Byron previously held the position of Sr. Manager of Global Events at BIOVIA from May 2014 to March 2018. Prior to that role, Byron worked at Accelrys for over 13 years in various capacities, including Sr. Manager of Global Events and Manager of Marketing Communications for Global Events and Integrated Programs. Byron began the career at Molecular Simulations, Inc., where roles included European Events Manager and Marketing Communications Associate. Byron's educational background includes studies at San Diego State University and Brigham Young University.
