Laura Carvalho is a seasoned professional in marine biology and customer experience with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience member at Dash Hudson since April 2022, Laura previously held various roles including Customer Success Associate. Laura has extensive experience in marine animal response through work at the Marine Animal Response Society from June 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included providing expert advice on distressed marine animals. Previous roles include Project Manager at Dalhousie University’s Marine Microbial Macroecology Lab and Research and Development Manager at the Aquaculture Association of Nova Scotia. Laura's academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Veterinary Science, specialized in Fish Pathology and Molecular Biology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Life Sciences from the University of Prince Edward Island.
