Nikita Kapshuk is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in finance and product development. Currently serving as Director of Product Development and Regulatory Structure & Product Development Manager at DASH Financial Technologies since October 2019, Nikita has previously held positions as a Senior Derivatives Risk Trader at TD Ameritrade and a Data Analyst at UBS O'Connor, where significant project management and team leadership skills were demonstrated. As Senior Trader and Director of Trading for the M. Demon Fund, Nikita led junior traders and successfully secured funding for a networking event.
