Kimberly Briolini has diverse work experience in the architecture and design industry. Kimberly is currently the Design Director at dash design. Prior to that, they founded Emerge Developments, an architecture and planning firm based in Santiago, Chile, where they served as the Principal. Kimberly also owned Zip Homes, an innovative prefab homes company, and Kimberly Briolini Design, specializing in residential, retail, and hospitality architecture and interior design projects internationally. Before starting their own ventures, they worked as a Project Captain at Shubin + Donaldson Architects, Inc. and as a Project Manager at Urban Instruments. Kimberly also had teaching experience as a Design Studio Instructor and Year one Seminar Instructor at Boston Architectural College. Kimberly'searly career includes roles as a Project Manager/Designer at Visnick & Caulfield Associates, Inc. and as a Draftsperson/Project Administrator at CityDesign Collaborative.
Kimberly Briolini's education history begins in 1988 when they attended Londonderry High School for three years, completing their general education. In 1991, they enrolled at the University of New Hampshire for a year, concentrating on liberal arts. Afterward, from 1992 to 1999, Kimberly pursued a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the Boston Architectural College, specializing in architecture. Continuing their education, in 2002, they joined the Massachusetts College of Art and Design for continuing education courses in photography. In 2003, they attended the Maine Photographic Workshops, where they participated in a seminar focused on black and white photography. Lastly, in 2013, Kimberly obtained a Permaculture Design Certificate from the Permaculture Research Institute.
