Raghupathi V has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Raghupathi began their career as an Intern at NTPC in 2011, where they received training on the basics of power generation and operation of boilers and turbines. In 2012, Raghupathi interned at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, where they focused on electrical machines manufacturing and testing, as well as protection of turbo generators. Raghupathi then joined BMRCL in 2013 as an Assistant Engineer, where they were involved in the installation, testing, and commissioning of various electrical systems for the Reach 3, 3A, and 3B projects. In 2017, Raghupathi interned as an MLTP Intern at Mytrah Energy. Raghupathi then joined Evosys in 2018 as an Engagement Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and project engagements. Currently, Raghupathi V holds the position of Associate Director of Sales at Darwinbox since January 2020, and as of April 2023, they have been promoted to Sales Director.

Raghupathi V completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Raghupathi V earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT SURATHKAL.
