Anand Sekkar is an experienced project manager currently at Darwinbox since July 2022, following a role as senior business analyst at Ramco Systems from January 2020 to July 2022, where Anand led functional consultancy for Tata Elxsi's Human Capital Management implementation. Prior to that, Anand served as assistant manager at Larsen & Toubro (June 2016 - January 2020), overseeing HR systems and implementing SAP SuccessFactors. Earlier roles include senior systems engineer at Adrenalin eSystems Ltd, where Anand implemented HRMS products across various global locations, and analyst programmer at Ramco Systems, focusing on HRMS module migrations and payroll optimization.
