Maureen Hennigan serves as the Senior Director of ITC Client Services at Dartmouth College, a position held since March 2013. In this role, Hennigan oversees the Client Services division within the IT department. Previously, Hennigan held the position of Director of ITC Service Management at Dartmouth, where the development of a service management office focused on implementing IT best practices as defined by ITIL. Hennigan also managed the Research Administration Systems team, providing support for various compliance and research applications. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Technology at Rutland Northeast Supervisory Union and as an AVP at Credit Suisse. Hennigan began a career path as a Senior Information Technology Consultant at Genesis 10 and as an Information Technology Consultant at Tiger Information Systems, leading software implementations and support solutions for notable firms such as Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Hennigan earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Boston College.
