Amanda Neri currently serves as the Director of Talent Strategy at Dartmouth College since September 2024, following a substantial tenure as Vice President of Global People & Culture at Extreme Reach from April 2016 to September 2024. At Extreme Reach, Amanda partnered with the executive team to shape corporate objectives, conducted succession planning, and defined talent strategies essential for achieving organizational goals. Previous roles include Human Resources Director, where Amanda successfully managed the implementation of a global HRIS system, and Human Resources Manager at UL, where Amanda facilitated culture alignment and reduced turnover. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University.
