Thomas Nulty is a Senior Finance System Accounting Specialist at Dartmouth Health since August 2021. Previously, Thomas held various roles related to PeopleSoft Financials and HR, including Peoplesoft Developer and Project Manager at Assured Guaranty from July 2009 to August 2021, and Project Manager at Financial Security Assurance, Inc. from June 2006 to July 2009. Thomas began a career as a consultant with Beacon Application Services and CedarCrestone, contributing to PeopleSoft Financials solutions. Earlier experience includes consulting positions at The Hunter Group and a System Analyst role at AXA Equitable, where Thomas implemented PeopleSoft General Ledger, as well as serving as a Senior Accountant. Thomas commenced a career in auditing at Deloitte & Touche, culminating in a Senior Auditor role. Thomas earned a BS in Accounting from Alfred University in 1987.
