Karla Spoor, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has been working at The Dart Bank since September 1980, currently holding the position of Senior Vice President/Human Resources. She also worked at Young Life from 2000 to 2003 as a Part Time Administrative Assistant. Karla earned her Associates degree in General Studies from Lansing Community College between 1981 and 1994.
