Justin Cohen is a Program Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since April 2023, following a position as Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 2016 to April 2023, where support was provided to the Microsystems Technology Office in developing R&D programs for national security. Prior to this, Justin served as a Research Scientist at Caltech from August 2009 to June 2016, after completing a Ph.D. in Physics at the same institution. Justin's graduate research focused on quantum measurements of microchip-based optomechanical crystals under the guidance of Professor Oskar Painter. Justin holds a B.S. in Physics (summa cum laude) and Mathematics (cum laude) from the University of Florida, obtained in 2009.
