Joseph Hurlbut is an experienced maintenance and plant management professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Darling Ingredients since August 2022 and Plant Manager for Bakery Feeds, a brand under Darling Ingredients, since November 2021, Joseph has previously held various roles within the same company, including Maintenance Manager from February 2020 to November 2021. Prior to joining Darling Ingredients, Joseph was a Plant Manager at Agrenew and worked for Tyson Foods in multiple capacities including Lead Mechanic and Maintenance Trainer. Joseph's career began at Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC as a Process Technician, after starting as a Rendering Mechanic at Tyson Foods. Joseph's education includes attendance at Louisa Muscatine from 1991 to 2003.
