Lathan Mills is a seasoned professional in the textile and carpet industry with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Fiber Industries LLC since October 2022, Lathan previously held significant roles at Mohawk Industries, including Sr. Process Engineer and Senior Manager of Product Development, where responsibilities included developing tufted nylon and olefin products for major carpet brands. Prior to that, Lathan managed woven product development and operations at Karastan Carpet, leading teams in launching new products and overseeing manufacturing processes. Lathan's career began as an Industrial Engineer and Quality Coordinator at Mohawk Industries, focusing on efficiency and quality improvement. Lathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from East Carolina University.
